Airplane Building (1st class: ages 10-14,  FULL )  Learn to build model airplanes out of inexpensive materials as well as the basics of aerodynamics.

Art  (1st class: ages 7-9, 2nd class: ages 10-14, 1st class  FULL )  A beginning art class using acrylic painting.   Each student will complete at least 3 works of art.

Baking/Decorating  (both classes: ages 7-14, both classes  FULL )  Make simple foods and enjoy!   YUM!!  YUM!!

Basic Stamp Collecting  (1st class: ages 9-14)  Learn the basics of stamp collecting!  Each student will receive a stamp album to preserve over 100 stamps they will be given through the week.

Basic Woodworking  (both classes: ages 7-14, 1st class  FULL )  Learn basic woodworking skills while building a birdhouse and creatively painting it.  

​​​

BBQ Grilling  (both classes: ages 10-14)  BBQ and sample a variety of meats and foods, learning various techniques and tips.  A new item every day!   

​​

Beginning Crocheting:  (both classes: ages 10-14, both classes  FULL )  Learn the basics of crocheting and make something to keep!  

​

Beginning Rocket Building  (1st class: ages 7-10)  Build your very own model rocket that will fly.  

​

Beginning Spanish (1st class: ages 7-14)  Spanish for newbies.   If you are brand new to Spanish, this is the class for you!   We will learn basic words and a little bit about some Spanish-speaking cultures.

​

Card Games  (2nd class: ages 7-14)  Learn how to play a number of card games including Euchre, Kings on the Corner and Canasta. 

​​

Cornhole and Yard Games  (both classes: ages 7-14)  Learn the rules and how to play and then practice such popular games as Corn Hole, Frisbee Golf and Bucket Golf.

Crafts  (both classes: ages 7-14)  Make it, take it crafts, some recycled, and how to make these same crafts with your friends at home.

Diamond Art  (both classes: ages 7-14, 2nd class  FULL )  You will make several different items.   Please sign up ONLY if you have NEVER taken this class before.

Food Art  (both classes: ages 7-10)  Learn to make edible works of art.  

​

Geometric Art  (both classes: ages 10-14)  Using curve stitching, point and line symmetry, grids, and drawing compasses, students will make colorful geometric patterns.

Guitar Basics (both classes: ages 11-14)  Learn basic skills of guitar playing and to play a song.  (Bring a guitar if you have one.  Please, no electric guitars.)

Intermediate Rocket Building  (2nd class: ages 10-14,  FULL )   Build a more complicated model rocket.  

​

Macramé (1st class: ages 10-14)  Learn how to make art work by knotting with yarn/rope.

​​

Piano 101  (1st class: ages 7-10, 2nd class: ages 10-14)  Start learning basic piano skills.  Learn to play a song.  (Bring a small keyboard if you have one.)

                  

Pokémon Trading Card Game  (both classes: ages 9-14)  Learn the basic rules and strategies concerning the game as well as the different values of the cards.

Rock Hounding  (2nd class: ages 7-14,  FULL )  Learn to find, identify, polish and display Michigan Rocks!

Rubik’s Cube 101  (both classes: ages 7-14, 2nd class  FULL )  Solving the 3X3 Rubi’s Cube.

Tae Kwon Do  (both classes: ages 7-14, 2nd class  FULL )  Learn the stances and techniques of Tae Kwon Do with a certified Tae Kwon Do instructor.
